Birthday wishes go out today to one of the newest members of the Country Music community, Jessica Simpson! While Jessica is busy celebrating her 28th birthday, we hear that the video for her brand new single, "Come On Over" will make it's debut this Friday, July 11 over at Jessica Simpson.com!
