Carrie Underwood made the cover of People Magazine's Best and Worst Dressed Issue. This dress helped her win the title of "Best Exotic." This isn't the first time Carrie has been recognized for her fashion! As we previously mentioned, the blonde beauty recently won the title of Red Carpet Fashion Icon on the Teen Choice Awards!
