Country Music Senior Living

Soon retirees, and more specifically, retirees of the country music industry, will have their own upscale community. The Crescendo at Westhaven is set to begin construction in 2011 with it's first occupants taking residency in 2013. The community will feature 180 units for people 62 and older and will also feature a recording studio and several performance venues. The establishment will be located in Franklin, TN and will cost $95 million to create.
